Reopening Date and Schedule

Hello SF families ,

With excitement I share that for those families who have elected to return for in-person instruction the start date will be Thursday, April 1, 2021.  While it is one day before Spring break, it will allow our students an opportunity to become familiar with the process.

Our daily schedule will be from 8:30 am - 12:40 pm M, T, Th, & F. Wednesdays will be a synchronous day for all students. 

Schedule for next week: 

Monday-Wednesday, March 29-31st: In supporting our teachers for the transition they are being allowed to assign asynchronous work for these three days. You will receive information from your teachers directly in regards to their schedules for these days. Please make sure students complete and submit work each day to receive an attendance credit. 

Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Students who elected to return to in-person instruction will return to school and students who will remain on distance learning will continue to receive their instruction via google meets and google classrooms through simultaneous teaching which will include lecture, modeling, group work, and independent work.

I will also be holding parent meetings to inform you on schedules, instructional model, and other important items. Meeting schedules will be shared tomorrow.
